Project Summary

Westchester Roots Ecuadorian Festival is produced through a partnership between ArtsWestchester, the City of White Plains, the City of Mount Vernon and Peekskill, the Village of Sleepy Hollow, and the Bethany Arts Community.

The free events include concerts in parks, staged performances on city streets, and an outdoor cultural festival all happening in Westchester County.
